In this global economy it has already be proven that one needs to track many of the world’s markets, in addition to the US, to get a good indication of what lies ahead for equity markets. Elliott Wave analysis is more of a global phenomenon, than a local one, in this day and age. With this in mind, we have been expanding our coverage of world markets over the years. Last year we expanded our OEW coverage from 14 to 17 countries, and we just today added the 18th country. The complete list of world indices, as presented in the public charts, is offered below:
DJ World, ASX Australia, BSE/NIFTY India, BVSP Brazil, CAC France, DAX Germany, FTSE England, HSI Hong Kong, IBEX Spain, IDDOW Indonesia, KOSPI S. Korea, MIB Italy, NIKK Japan, RTSI Russia, SMI Switzerland, SSEC China, STI Singapore, STOX50 Europe, and TSX Canada. You can review the charts of these indices on pages 7 – 10 using the chart link below. Best to your investing/trading!

Pingback: World markets we track
Hi Tony,
Thanks once again for covering the Indonesia’s Stock Market.
For the past 2010 & 2011, the Jakarta Stock Exchange commonly ranks between the top five world markets that finished the year in the green. In 2010, the JSX was up by a stunning 46% and in 2011 it ended up just under 2% while other markets around the world took beatings. Pretty impressive performance for a relatively small & developing country’s stock market.
Consequently, many foreign money managers have spotted this & have since joined the bandwagon. Yet, we know that in this game, size does matter and due to this fact, the market is prone to hot money & is easily manipulated by big players (much like what happened during Asia’s financial crisis in 1998 when the market was demolished by the act of George Soros).
I am sure that Indonesia’s Stock Market will be an interesting one to follow, a wise decision you will not regret
always,
Max
thanks Max … will keep that in mind.
